We finally got some answers today, I think I belong in here now.

my third CD21 progesterone test came back as 5.6

the last two were marginal and tbh it's kind of a relief that we got a low result. finally an answer to why it wasn't happening for us.

the doctor was fantastic, he explained the options and asked us what we want to do.

we've decided to wait a couple of months before we get referred to the fertility specialist,

we're going to look at ways to reduce stress
i'm going to actively lose weight
make a full on effort in the BD and see what happens
and carry on charting to get an idea of how things are changing day to day.

does anyone have any advice on how not to get stressed during the TWW, and what kind of things help the doctor/fs when we do decide to take the next step?

I hope you don't mind me joining you

Hi hun , don't have any miracle answers as to how to help relax during TWW..it's very difficult not to think about it. Keeping busy is a good way of avoiding whiling away time on BnB symptom spotting:haha: I also do reflexology and have done accu but taking a break at the moment. Find reflex very relaxing. I suppose taking time for the two of you as a couple is a real priority too as TTC takes its toll unless we make time for our partners too.

Just wanted to welcome you and wish you all the very best Much :dust:

Thanks for the welcome :hugs: you speak lots of sense. x

Hi there! Welcome, but sorry you're here. Hope your stay is a short one. :)
Good luck. Xxx

Hey hun, welcome and I hope your stay is short.

There is no one way of keeping relaxed but i think the important thing is to not let it get in the way of your "real" life and stop you living. Whenever I get AF or any kind of blow like that I allow myself a day to be upset about it but then I pick up and carry on. Dwelling just makes things all the harder.

That being said, you sound pretty rational so I am probably preaching to the converted

Best of luck to you xxx

welcome to ltttc! to relax i have been going to reflexology which has been helpful and helped me chill out. other than that i am trying to spend quality time with my hubby as he has been forgotten a few times amongst all the ttc lark!
good luck and hope your stay is short xx

Many thanks for your kind words ladies.

I'm not always so rational dragonmummy, it goes in phases (something I'm trying to manage), I was strong all day yesterday. But I had a little cry last night, feeling a bit bruised emotionally today but going to go out for a picnic with hubby.

Thanks again ladies x
