Hi all,

we have started weaning my 6 month old and he's starting to enjoy his food. He's not great at trying to feed himself but getting better.

He has just been 'diagnosed' as lactose intolerant (i have noticed issues, done some 'experiments', gone to Dr who agreed with me and left it at that, no tests etc), so I am trying to find food options for him as the GP wasn't great.

I am trying him on different milk substitutes and watching what I buy. Are there any good sites or groups that could help?

I have so many questions, like why is goat's milk ok? should I avoid any particular milk substitute? does he need certain things included in his diet?

Thanks for reading x
