Just wondering what I would give Kane for his first taste of food if I was to do BLW? I'm really interested in trying this, but OH and others aren't so keen

The day I decide to start him, when should I give him the food?

If you start at 6 months, you can give anything that is not too salty or sugary, and no honey or whole nuts.

Just offer him some of what you are eating, at a time when he is not hungry or tired.
