Wearing maternity pants at 9 weeks. Is this too early?

Ok so I have no pride. I haven't strictly speaking stopped wearing my maternity jeans in the year between having my daughter and now
I kept putting them away but they're so comfy when you have PMS bloating or just fat days.
I'm only 5 weeks and 4 but I won't feel as bad wearing them now, lol x
