Website Banner Help

I'm currently setting up a website for my photography and wondered if someone could design me a 'header banner' (Header size: 895px x 253px)

I also need a Main Banner (500x100( & Thumbnail (172px × 123px)for the shop

If you can help me, please pm me and I'll send you a link to some of my photography for the banners.

I don't mind paying for your help..
