Wedding evening outfit

I'm going to an evening do for a colleague - and I need some help with what to wear. I don't like showing my knees, I've got dresses I like to wear in winter with opaque tights, but I'm guessing that's a no in summer... I'm a pear shape (size 10 top, 12 bottom) so anything body con / pencil which is a bit longer doesn't fit either on the top or bottom. I also havent got much of a budget (£70 max including shoes and a bag), and needs to be something I can get in store, not online. I'm 5'6" with shoulder length hair. I really need some help! Have you had a look in Denenhams. My best friend is getting married and I got a lovely skater style dress by Ben di Lisi for £30 in the sale!! It feels lovely and fitted on top but hides my bum (which I hate) and comes to my knees. Im also someone who hates showing my legs. There are fab sales in a lot of shops at the moment so you can grab a bargain!!
