Weeping cradle cap - updated picture

We got some anti fungal/steroid cream to use for 2 weeks and then a follow up appointment after that.

Fingers crossed it works :)
xx

Thats great..Did the doc say what it could be? :flower:

Also, My LO has eczema and I had no idea it was eczema until last week. She used to get VERY dry skin patches on her body and I just thought it was dry skin. It cleared up, then 3 weeks later, came back, and now keeps coming back every few weeks, so maybe watch out for it again as I know you mentioned your LO had what looked like dry skin...Good Luck and I hope the cream works for her..xx

Dr said it just looks like inflamed cradle cap but i think the follow up appointment is to just make sure thats all it is.

She does get dry skin on her arms and legs but its gone for now
xx

glad she's ok, go careful with the steroid crea tho. I was advised by my doc to use it for a maximum of a week then have a break from it and use either E45 or diprobase which he prescribed for him when it was looking better. The steroid cream is VERY good but is known to thin the skin. A stupid HV scared me about using it and told me to use something else. The something else made my lo worse and when i took him back to gp he went mad. So of course follow what your gp says hun, just be aware and i hope she is sorted soon xxx
