Ok so I lift weights - heavy weights but now I find I am feeling lost with my workouts. I don't want to push too hard but at the same time I don't want to lose all the gains I've made with my workouts.
I feel like I've totally lost all my motivation to workout (can't focus on losing weight or making strength gains anymore).
Anyone else?
