Weight loss or toning!

Hi guys :)

So since being with my boyfriend ive put on a stone and a half. Although I'm not totally uncomfortable with my body I want to be the size and shape I used to be. I'm 9.5 stone at the moment and still a size 8. So I'm just wondering if toning would be a better option and what specific exercises for the stomach and thighs?

Im from us so not sure how much that is in lbs or your height. But if you are comfortable with your body then i would try toning. Crunches are always good for your abs. Also get on the floor like you are going to do a puch up but on your feet and albows and hold it for as long as you can. Its called the plank and it really works. Lunges are great for thighs. Knee highs are great for both. Hope this helps. Good luck
