Weight loss so far....

How is everyone doing with regards to losing the babyfat and water? I havent started to diet yet and I still have to place one foot on the treadmill! I have lost 22lbs so far since giving birth 7 weeks ago. How many pounds have you girls lost? Anyone on a good diet?Can breastfeeding women diet?
 
I don't diet, just don't eat meat or dairy. And the only form of exercise I do right now is taking my dog for long walks (usually up hills and over rough ground) while wearing my son.

I've just gone past my half way weight loss point YAY!

IMO, no-one should really 'diet'. Just eat healthily and don't consume too much fat, and exercise when you can :)
 
i have pretty much lost the weight i gained while pregnant. i am not working out yet, but willl be starting yoga this week and go from there.
 
I put on 2 st, and I now have 5lbs to my pre pregnancy weight, but Id like to loose 13lbs as Id let myself go a bit before.

Not dieting just eating healthily and walking everywhere

I've lost 24 lbs. I have 22 to go. I'm not dieting. I go walking 2 1/2 miles around a lake every day.
 
I haven't dieted at all, dont eat healthy AT ALL :dohh:
I just got back into my prepregnancy jean, skirts, and shorts the other day.
I'm still about 4-5lbs bigger than I was at 6wks preggie (I dont know how much I weighed before, I dont even own a scale.)
 
I've done 30lbs as of last week. No diet, though those first two weeks after she was born I didn't hardly eat, and then I was on a liquid diet cause of the seizures. Been eating normally the last two weeks though
 
Ive lost 38lbs... 28 to go....
2 hrs of excercise 6 days a week and healthy eating - not dieting!
But then I've always found it hard to keep the weight off.
Getting there slowly but surely.
 
My baby is just over 6 weeks and so far I have lost 38lbs.. (I don;t know how to update my weight ticker thingy) I was 180 9 months pregnant and now I am 142... I still need to lose 2 pounds to be back at my old self.. but my GOAL weight is 130.. so I'm shooting for another 12 pounds!
