Weird Pains

Does anyone have a weird pain. It feels like its in your cervix or vagina? I feel it sometimes when LO is moving. What could it be? And is anyone else feeling this?

Yes I get this ever since she's been head engaged. It's like a brief shooting pain in the cervix x

How do you know if the head is engaged? I get weekly sonograms and she has been head down for like last 3 weeks.
