I groomed my minky(my nickname for dwn below lol) yesterday wohooo hard work shall not let it overgrow again lmao it took ages and felt like a never ending task!!!! thankfully no injuries lol but with my 2nd pregnancy i nearly thought id hav to call doctors lmao as first time id ever cut myself dwn below lol hubby found it amusin!! so this time round i make sure theres loads of soap for no mishaps and goin to try i say try as hard work to keep it groomed once a wk or 2 wks, even shaving my legs is hard work lol xx

After being lazy with de fluffing 'down there' for a while I thought I'd best do it as I really didn't want a hairy delivery again
OMG I will not be doing that again in a hurry, even with a mirror my foof looks like a murder scene!! I couldn't/wouldn't ask hubby to help, shaving really isn't his strong point hence his big beard

Sorry if TMI. But how the hell do people manage to de fluff themselves at 30+ weeks pregnant without butchering it??

OMG let me tell ya!!!

Iv cant gat to my Va ja ja no matter what angle i try mirror on no mirror it just seemed impossible so i thought i was being clever and got out the NAIR!!!!

Silly girl i am, ok so it says 'do not use on bikini line'!! but i know better surely and its the sensitive one anyway!!!

So off to the bathroom with tube and little mirror!! Slapped it on nice and thick and sat on edge of bath reading rest of tube..... Leave on 5 min then test, leave longer if needed but remove after 10 min.



About 4 mins in, I nearlly drowned myself and flooded the bathroom trying to get the buggering thing off!!!

Burnt it didnt I!!! was swollen for a week!!! Wont be doing that again

Hairy last labour, gona be hairy this one too, so not worth it It will be clean and im sure they have seen worse

ouch!! pre pregnancy I used that stuff on my top lip but read I shouldn't now - is that an old wives tale too or is it because you're likely to react differently? pleeeeease tell me its ok, I resemble charlie chaplin some days!

I still do mine everyday lol I just do it without looking...guess from this many years of shaving daily you just get used to it :s

I ended up enlisting Hubby! and i can honestly say he did a better job than any beautician iv been to! x

Have been reading this at work, and have laughed out load a couple of times...getting me funny looks from the other people in the office!!!!

I've asked OH to do it for me and he quite happily said yes

Im not really bothered if the midwifes see i have hair down there... obviously theres hair down there im not a 4 year old and im sure there not gonna point and go omg she hasnt shaved it all off wtf... i plan to just clear the underneath of hair and keep it short and neat... im sure the birth will be painful enough after rather then having to deal with a shaving rash after aswell!
