went doctors today....

ok so i went doctors today as i felt a lump on side of me breast near my armpit and anyways he said do a fist and push on his hand i did that and it hurt then he told me to do some other things which i did and he said the boob sits on your muscle or summat and ive just pulled that muscle and to take lots of paracetomal.
