Wet cough

My boy has a wet cough .....what do I do?! Should I take him to the doctor? He is smiling and active but when he wants to nap it really starts to bother him.I'm keeping his head a bit upright for better napping.Advice please!

If you're worried at all, nip to the doctor. Just to double check that it isn't sitting in his chect and needs anitbiotics. I'm just keeping an eye on Oliver now, as his cold is developing onto his chest too. Hope he feels better soon x x
