so i went to my mediation appointment and they explained everything to me and said i would be able to get legal aid and they said it would take 2 or maybe 3 sessions of 90mins to sort things out. so i came home dreading spending that long in a room listening to him whinge and i then recieved a letter saying they got a phone call from fob saying he longer wishes to attend mediation.
so hes got rid of his solicitor and he doesnt want to go to mediation and iv heard nothing from him in months so has he given up!!???

Sounds like he has given up to me! Maybe he just can't be bothered? Or too expensive? Or do you think he would go straight to court instead??

Well, at least you don't have to listen to him whinging!

i think both. he got rid of his solicitor so i dont see that he will go to court. and if he does he will really look like a plonker not going to mediation and turning down all the times i have asked him to come. is it bad im happy thats hes not bothering us. i tried several time for alice's sake but this to me shows hes not bothered about her.

Sounds like he has given up hun! Just let him! He is the only person who is losing out and lets face it if he would give up on Alice just like that then he isnt worth her anyway! Someone else will come along and will be a great daddy to her

thanks hun someone told me last night that he has taken the pictures of alice off his facebook and said she isnt his so it looks like thats that and hes leaving us alone. i thought this would never happen. xxx

Lol. Well how worthless does he sound! Let him get on with it hun! Clearly Alice is far better off with just her mummy than a daddy who thinks that about her!! She is gorgeous anyway! He is missing out so much! Your not!
