What age do babies start giggling?

My LO started laughing at about 17 weeks, but she's hard to encourage to laugh. You can make a total fool of yourself, and you only gett a smile, but someone else can just smile at her, and she throws her head back, scrunches up her face and lets out a full-on giggle

Isaac giggled from 13 weeks. I never experienced the giggles without sound, we just got a full blown chuckle
