What are some safe small exercises that I can do 3 weeks postpartum??

I was 130 pounds before I got pregnant. I weighed 170 at the end of my pregnancy, and now 3 weeks postpartum I'm down to 145. I was told that some very mild exercise is ok right now. What are some easy minor exercises I can do? I'm getting tired of just walking.
