What bottles & size teats are you using?

and how old is your Lo? and when did you switch (if you did) to the size teat your using now?

My ds is 10 weeks this coming wednesday. we are using tommee tippee closer to nature bottles and switched to variflow teats 3days ago

We use MAM bottles with DD2 (not the anyi-colic ones, too much hassel!) and she moved from slow flow teats to medium flow ones at 5 weeks. She still uses medium flow teats now. W have tried moving up to fast flow a few times but they were always way to fast and she would choke within a few second of putting the bottle in her mouth.

We started off using the MAM anti-colic bottles, but they were such a faff, and it was difficult to heat and cool a feed as water would leak into the bottles from the srew bottom, so we decided to switch to the regular MAM bottles as she loved the teat shape. We were very lucky that she wasnt a windy/colicky baby. With our new baby we will be using Dr Browns bottles as I have heard great things about them, and would rather minimise baby's wind from the ofset with also having to juggle looking after 2 other children! xxx

My son will be 6 weeks old on Wednesday and I use Avent with slow flow nipple.

Not sure when I should move him to the medium flow though.

Hi Chris is just move to the next size teat when you feel your Lo would be doing better than on the slow flow ones. x

We use all Avent products. My LO is 4 weeks on Thursday & last weds the HV suggested changing from teat size 1 to teat size 2 as she seemed to be getting bored feeding from teat 1. Works much better for us both xx

we are using tommee tippee closer to nature bottles with the variflow teats we changed yesterday to the variflow because the slow flow teats were not helping her colic.

Although I am hoping to breast feed more successfully this time around, I have got Avent bottles and size 1 teats as my backup.

I use Dr brown bottles Jayden is gonna 6 months and is on level 3

I don't know when I will change to the the 9 month one cause he is doing really fine on the level 3 still.

Boots own bottles and Medium flow teats - we switched to medium when he was 3 weeks old and he's still happy on them, although I think we'e getting close to the fast slow stage as his 8oz bottles are taking a long time for him to drink, and he gets a bit angry at his bottles when he's hungry lol.
