what can we freeze?

I have been buying max baby jars rom beech nut and they make awsome meals

btu im doing most of my own food so i was wondering can you freeze yogurt mixed in with his food i made ? and what about ready made oatmeal jars how do i go about making my own and freezing it ?

I'm not sure how good the oatmeal would be frozen and thawed... Yogurt, I might think it would be ok, when I was younger we had go-gurts that we froze and ate.. I'm not positive tho. Sorry I'm not more help!!
