Hello ladies....I am officially 7dpo not trying and not preventing. What can you take for a headache that will be okay just in case this cycle is the one?

only symptoms I had so far is dizziness>>> could be due to low blood pressure, headache, minor cramping,

Tylenol is ok, also drink lots of water and get some rest.

I have frequent headaches and try to avoid taking anything unless absolutely necessary.

Tylenol is okay. Make sure you do not take any NSAIDs (ex. ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin) unless consulting your doctor first. And definitely do not take any opiates as suggested above. You would need a prescription from your doctor for opiates anyway and I highly doubt they would prescribe them for a headache.

I get pretty frequent headaches and try not to take much for them. I use ice packs a lot. Something else you could try is massaging pressure points. The website below has a list of some pressure points that may help to relieve headaches. I have tried most of them and #4 (the hand pressure points) really does help! https://www.ehow.com/how_4449992_pressure-points-cure-headaches.html
