what could this be?

hello ladies...i have been having some issues lately and i go see my dr next week about this but i just wanted to get some of your opinions as well these the symptoms ive been having
pain in my lower back, pelvic and legs
bloatedness
some discharge
just not feeling well

i went to the er the other night because the pain in my legs bacame so bad and they rulled out pregnancy, kidney infection, and uti they also did an ultrasound and the er dr said he thinks i have a cyst on my ovary but didnt act 100% sure and said he does not know why i am having any pain at all and told me to just follow up with my obgyn for further testing...
what are your thoughts?

Its very possible its a cyst hun. Or you could be anemic on top?

yeah im just not feeling good...this back and legs aching so bad and pelvic pain everyday all day...and another week just to see the obgyn about it...ughhhh!!!!
