What could this mean? Swollen abdomen on baby B?

I am currently 17 weeks 5 days pregnant with twins. I was informed after my last ultrasound that baby B has some swelling around the abdomen. They are sending us for a lvl2 scan Thursday.

Does anyone have any experience with this? What can this mean? Has anyone had this go away?

Please help, I am really scared!
