What did you do different after RPL?

Hi ladies! I hope you don't mind if I ask this question here. What did you do different to get your pregnancy to last? I have had at least 4-6 early losses and am so frustrated. Getting pregnant isn't the problem, it's staying pregnant. I'm seeing a RE and have tried clomid & femara. DH's sperm is fine and all my tests have come back fine too. We are doing chromosone (Karyotyping) on DH and I now.

I'm just wondering if you had multiple losses how long did it take you to get your sticky bean and if you did anything different.

Did anyone have endometrial scratching done?

I did all the testing and all came back fine. I can't get pregnant without an IUI. When I get a bfp after an IUI I can't keep it past about 6 weeks.

I started taking aspirin and coQ10 and this little one stuck. I believe it's the aspirin more than the coQ10 though. Aspirin is such a cheep fix.
