Did you keep them? Keep some?! Not keep any??

I had so many cards when my lo was born but what do you do with them all? I think I'll probably end up keeping all of mine!

I kept all of evies and will keep all her 1st birthday ones too.

Ive put them in a box with her hospital bracelet and some of her tiny baby clothes :)

Iv kept them all and they will go in his box when i finally get round to sorting it out....

Yeh I don't think I can throw them  I was wondering if anyone had any quirky ideas for keeping them?

Ive kept them all hidden away....Id like to keep them to show him in yrs to come :)

I've kept them all in a box with some of his newborn clothes, hospital bands etc. Mummies little treasure box...

Ive kept everything from cards, deflated balloons, hospital bits, the first outfit she wore, booties, and all sorts of random things like the perfume I wore on the day, her first dummy etc and her Christmas Day dress etc and its all in her memory box. Its packed full now so .i think Ill have to start a 1st year memory box too - Im so sentimental! But I figure it will be lovely to look through when LO is older. :)

Am I the only one that got rid of all the cards? There were so many of them x

Luke had 30+ cards and I kept every single one of them. They're at the side of the couch in the magazine rack whilst I figure out where to put them! They won't fit in his memory box. I've also kept his hospital tag, first outfit, hospital crib card, first Easter card etc. I've got loads of random bits in there, it will be great to show him when he's older.

Yup, I'm the same!! I think I will keep a first year box but then will have to be ruthless after that. My mom kept all my cards when I was little & I loved looking through them :cloud9: even more so now that my mom isn't with us anymore  I think that's why I can't bring myself to get rid of them but then sometimes I think they are just cards...!

Nope, I threw them all away too! I have kept their tiny, premature baby clothes and various things from their time in NICU but not much else.

Ive kept them all I have a shoe box full of his cards balloons deflated, his name tags and a few other things xx

Ah yes deflated baloons that's another thing I've kept. People may look at it as junk but it means something to me :cloud9:

I've kept mine. At the minute they are in a drawer but at sometime I want to buy a big wooden box to keep sentimental things in.

I've chucked all mine, apart from the ones from his grandparents and aunties. We had 50/60 cards and I don't have the space to keep them.

I kept all of everything for both my children...

They both have a memory box with:

Pregnancy test
pregnancy diary
scans & 3d scans
hospital tags
first sleepsuit, vest, hat & mittens
newborn nappy (clean one obviously lol)
deflated ballon
hand & foot prints
cermemorative birth certificate
birth announcement in newspaper

My daughter also has first shoes, first toothbrush,
first christmas & birthday things (candel/balloon/badge ect)

All the cards they received are in a scrapbook each,
I keep all the birth cards, but only family birthday & christmas cards
They also have a baby record book each, with photos, first lock of hair,
development milestones ect.

I could never bring myself to throw those things away, they are special and
you can never get that time back, my daughter is 5 now and after the first
year box with all the above in, i have been keeping another box with all
her first drawing/colouring/painting bits from preschool, her folder of her
work & development that they make at preschool, bits from starting
big school ect ect. I looked through her first year box, this year just before
i was due to have my son & it was so special i had a little cry. lol

I've kept everything possible, including 4 pregnancy tests

I bought a memory box from a lady who makes them on ebay, although he got so many cards that they will not fit in it. They are in a gift bag under his cot.

I have kept all his cards, deflated balloons, first teddy bear, hospital wrist bands, umbilical cord clip(!), the baby grow that he wore from the hospital and his first booties. He also has a baby record book with his milestones and first clip of hair, etc.

ummm I'm sure I kept them but have absolutely no idea where I put them :dohh:

I've kept all James 1st birthday cards / chistmas and birth cards
newspapers from the day he was born
hospital bits
tiny babygrow
1st proper shoes
pregnancy tests
made him his own photo album - including scan photos
...........and loads more lol
