Lunch - panini with beef, yoghurt

Dinner - bbq pork with potatoes and carrots.

Snack - cheesecake, banana.

Dinner - bbq pork with potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower

Snack - salted caramel cake, yoghurt.

Dinner - roast chicken, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli

Snack - chocolate muffin.

Dinner - Chicken breast sub with lettuce and cucumber

Starting with yesterday's because its 8am right now. Had very little appetite yesterday. Hopefully today will be better.

B - Coffee, slice of wholemeal toast with laughing cow cheese spread

L - Pancake

D - Bag if chips (fries) with loads of salt and vinegar

Snack - Chocolate biscuit
