What did you eat today?

B Weetabix & cup of tea
L Slice of quiche, coleslaw, potato salad, tomato & onion
T Sausage sandwich, tea & 3 jaffa cakes:blush:
 
B - Banana
L - Cheese and tomato sandwich, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
D - Moroccan chicken soup, garlic bread.
 
Breakfast - Fruit toast and water
Dinner - Soup and a slice of bread
Tea - Probs takeaway pizza or indian for friday night :blush:
 
breakfast -bowl of special k.
snack - banana & 2 squares of dark chocolate.
lunch - a strange mixture of 2 fish fingers, half a tin of peas and leftover roasted veg.
dinner will be sticky chicken salad.
 
Breakfast - Low fat bran muffin and a granola bar
Lunch- I have no idea we usually have take out on fridays for lunch
Supper- Cheese Totellini with sauce and garlic bread perhaps!

Not sure about snacks yet I always have a snack when the babes is in bed lol
 
Was / will be:

Brekkie: porridge with dried fruit and chopped macadamia nuts, drizzle of maple syrup
Snack: too many fecking mini eggs
Lunch: ham, piccalilli, salad sandwich...handful of popcorn...a tiny corner of blondie that Ellie and Lizzie rejected
Snack: handful of pistachios
Dinner: seafood pasta with a tomatoey sauce...cherry clafoutis and creme fraiche.

Must NOT eat anymore bloody mini fecking EGGS...when ally feeds more, my sweet tooth apparently cannot be satiated.
 
It's only 10am here but I'll do what i ate yesterday

B: 1 cup of whole kennel corn with 3 slices of peach
L: Mexican rice with green hotsauce and tortillas
D: 1 slice of pizza with 1 1/2 cheese sticks
(have to eat small portions or else i will feel nauseous since im pregnant)
S: chocolate cake
S: ramen noodles with some pringles on the side
 
Breakfast: apple, melon and grapes
Dinner: ham, mustard and salad sandwich, strawberries and more melon
Tea: spaghetti bolognese with extra lean mince and wholewheat pasta
 
B: tea and a few bites of leftover chocolate from baking yesterday!
L: 1 slice of Pitta with tzatziki, salami and half of an avocado sliced, a few grapes and half a chocolate bourbon, chai
D: shared a pizza express pizza with ivy and had a huge salad with homemade dressing, about to have some apple cinnamon yoghurt
 
B: bran flakes and an apple
L: homemade soup, strawberries, strawberry yoghurt
D: mince, potatoes, carrots, peas then vienetta and a white chocolate cookie :dohh:
 
B- 2 slices of toast with jam and a cup of tea.
S- a fairy cake, half a box of quality streets.
L-Spag bol
S-hot chocolate, a bag of chocolate buttons
D-carbonara

L-Cous cous and salad with cottage cheese
D-SW chicken curry and rice with a yoghurt
S-Apples, grapes and a freddo!
 
B: Yoghurt, cup of tea
L: leftover pasta and mixed veg from last night. Glass of milk
Afternoon tea: yes I had afternoon tea! I went to the Lido in Bristol and splashed about in an outdoor pool in the rain and then had toast and smoked salmon, prosecco, scones which were actually more like bread rolls and tea
D: Haven't had any yet, will maybe have a salad in a bit.
 
B-2 buttered crumpets
L-peppers, pasta salad
D-chciekn provencale with crusty bread and herbed couscous. Baked bananas for pud.
 
Yesterday

B -
Strawberries, sliced banana and vanilla yoghurt, tea

S -
Handful of grapes

L -
Ham salad warbie thins

D -
Chicken in cheesy leek sauce with sweet potato carrot and parsnip mash and peas

S -
Slice of homemade chocolate cake and squirty cream
 
Yesterday

B -
Strawberry and banana smoothie, mangos and banana with choc orange yoghurt

L -
Warbie sandwich thins with cheese spread, ham and 1/2 packet quavers, melon and pineapple

D -
Felt ill so I had ready brek with abit of sugar
 
Yesterday.
Wasnt a good day for me as I went out for lunch!

B - Golden Syrup Out so Simple
L - Romana Pizza from Pizza Express
Snack - Skittles
D - 21 Special K crisps and a Blue ribbon bar.

Today is weigh in so the plan is:

B - Cup of Tea and a Raisin Cereal Bar
L - Mince with Vegtables

Dinner not sure yet!

L-a mini pizza
D-two bologna sandwiches and a diet cole
 
B- caramel latte
S- 2 fruit pastilles
L- slice toast with ham, gold bar, vanilla latte
D- roast chicken, 1 roast potato, yorkshire pud, carrots and leeks with bacon. An apple

Will probably have another latte in a bit (I get the nescafe ones so just add water to them).
 
Majorly hanging this morning after a party I went to last night :sick: so no breakfast for me I couldn't stomach it :haha:

Dinner: garlic dough balls, Philly chicken and bacon wrap with chips and hot chocolate waffle with a diet coke all at frankie and bennies :D yum!yum!
