What did you eat today?

After a week of illness and eating horribly I am on a big health kick, think writing it all down in public will make it easier to stick to it!

breakfast: a bowl of chopped banana and strawberries, one slice of toast with honey and tea
lunch: couscous, cucumber and tomato salad, a vegan fruit bar and a cup of chai
dinner: mushroom stroganoff with wholegrain rice
snack: 1 swedish crisp bread with organic chocolate spread, another cup of chai
 
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a coffee

Lunch: 2 slices of weight watchers bread with two slices of chicken inside, a pack of salt and vinegar snacajacks, a fat free yoghurt and a glass of orange squash.

Snack: a cup of coffee and a weight watchers caramel wafer

Dinner: homemade chilli con carne on a jacket potato and a small salad.
 
Good thread, we have one for the kids, so why not the adults :)

B- 2 slices wholemeal toast and lemon marmalade
L - Greens soup, WW bakewell slice
D - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted Med veggies and gravy

Snack - a Kipling orange and chocolate bar thing

Drank water throughout the day
 
Oh, I feel ashamed already! I still have an avid feeder...!

Brek: porridge made with almond milk, with chopped Brazil nuts and dates...cup of tea
Snack: handful pistachios and banana
Lunch: Squash and bacon soup...with cheese, tomato and chutney sandwich. Apple, clementine...tea
Snack: large piece of clementine cake with creme fraiche
Dinner: Gnocchi baked with spinach, herbs, ricotta and Parmesan...with poached herb chicken. And then I ate baked apples with custard!

Just had tea and few squares of Green and Blacks ginger

I have also had over 2 litre of water
 
I now feel like a gannet...

Darling, you're BF, give yourself a break! *inserts slap with wet fish* :winkwink: :haha: I WISH I could eat what you can eat, but I have to control my diet very strictly unfortunately. x
 
^^ I do, too, when not BFing. Sucks. Part of having pcos means serious food reduction :(

Maybe I will just keep BFing for 10 years ;) Actually, the way ally is going...:haha:
 
So far I've had:

Breakfast: two pieces of toast
Lunch: two ham sandwiches
Snack: melon slices

We are going out for dinner with my hubby's family which I'm looking forward to!

Of all the meals listed so far, I'd be proudest of myself if I had eaten yours! It may sound like alot, but you had lots of good, real food, and I think that is better than cereals or sandwiches with no veggies, and when you eat real food you can eat alot more with fewer calories.

No offence to the people eating the cereals and stuff. I am not criticizing you. You are all eating better than me! I'm on vacation with my inlaws and all we eat for lunch are sweets and coffee! Breakfast is bread and cheese and dinner is usually fish and potatoes. No veggies ever!
 
My diet really isnt the best

up to now, Ive had 2 slices of pizza for lunch and will probably have a small portion of curry and rice for tea and some crisps for snacks later
 
B: Peaches and fat free Greek yoghurt
S: Prawn Crackers and sweet chilli dipping sauce (left over from yesterday's Thai)
S: Fishfinger sandwich with salad

Random I know but I'm off to a party tonight so didnt want anything too heavy but enough to line the stomach (good job not listing alcohol!)
 
Wow! Some of you eat soo healthier! I feel like I don't have time to eat like that!

Yesterday was bad!

B - banana yoghurt, cup of tea

S - wispa, mars icecream

L - pizza and chips with mayo

S - mars ice cream

D - corned beef hash, chocolate cake



Today

B - none

S - wispa

L - 2x slices of toast, 2x fried eggs and a few beans

Lunch was late so I'll have sausages sandwiches with DH later when the kids are in bed and probably some drumstick squishems and coke whilst watching tv later!

If I'm writing it down in here I'll try and be better tomorrow :haha:
 
Started off with good intentions....

Breakfast- ready brek (now is when it goes pear shaped!)
5 eclairs
Tomato snaps
Snickers
Lunch.- Big Mac meal PLUS onion rings
Vanilla milkshake
Maltesers
Wotsits
Cherry muller corner
Chilli ryvitas
Mint ice cream thing
Tea- Will be Indian, tikka masala ,rice ,peshwari naan popadoms.
Few glasses of wine
Sweets and chocolates yum!!
 
But tennisgal that food sounds amazzzzinnng! Oh how I miss breastfeeding :haha:

Also the way I eat isn't really time consuming at all, it's just a matter of getting into habit of it :) I also keep virtually no junk in the house to avoid temptation!

Breakfast: huge migraine so I just had one slice of toast with honey and chai
Snack: half a corn thin with organic choc spread- shared with ivy!
Lunch: couscous tomato and cucumber salad again, with half a wholemeal Pitta and tzatziki. 2 plums and a cup of tea, then a peppermint tea
Dinner: homemade minestrone soup with tiger bread when ivy is in bed, maybe a satsuma and a crisp bread with choc spread and another chai later :) was supposed to go out tonigh but I still have this horrific migraine :(
 
Urgh. I feel like a fat cow today, eaten pretty badly.

Breakfast - skipped it as had to get to ballet so had a mcdz mcmuffin on the way home with an orange juice >.<
Lunch - Tomato soup with a crusty roll
Snacked on two slices of cake and some of Jacob's chips
Dinner - it'll be chicken fajtias with plenty of wine

No fruit in sight!
 
breakfast - shared a banana with Joel

lunch - west african chicken and peanut soup with a bacon and avocado wrap

dinner - got mince to use so either burgers or spag bol

snack - some blueberries

Great thread. I am finding it really difficult to eat at the moment so this might help.

Yesterday

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - nothing
Dinner - roll with two bits of cheese
Snack - three squares of milka

Today
Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - roast chicken sandwich (mutigrain bread)
Dinner - will be kebab and chips (not great but eating what I fanc atm cos one meal trying to build up to two meals a day
 
Toast & marmite for brekkie
one orange
6 biscuits with tea throughout the day
banana
cheesy pasta
boost bar
greek yoghurt
craving chicken kebab tonight!
 
Breakfast: 2 Bacon, 1 sausage, mushroom and poached egg on toast.
Dinner: Nothing.
Tea: Spagbol.
