What do early pregnancy cramps feel like?

I wouldn't believe I was pregnant if it wasn't for the test as I have absolutely no symptoms at all, which is why I was so convinced my cramps were AF!

At 9dpo I had the worst type AF cramps I had ever got. I thought something was extremely wrong and I didnt know I was pregnant yet. After that I felt a lot of twinges... Like pinching very similar to ovulation pain and it felt as if it was near my ovaries.... that mixed AF type cramping.
