so when we have a girl my husband says he likes his grandmothers name and wants that. thing is its completely greek and im half greek and half english and wanted a name you could say in english. so im asking what you think of this name if you were to hear it or say it.
the full name is theopisti (faith in God) and the short version that is used alot more is thea it could also mean goddess.
thoughts? :coffee:
 
Well i don't know how to pronounce it - but the meanings of the two names plus the sentimental value are all very nice!
 
i think its lovely, its different and shows her roots (the greek). also the meanings are lovelllyyy =). and thea is nice for short, i know someone called thea and have always liked it. x
