what do you all eat ?

God knows why, but this baby loves macaroni and cheese. I know it's the baby because I hate the stuff. And when I was morning sick, I could only really stomach plain chips. Crackers weren't salty enough to help and I couldn't keep anything else down. Now I just make sure there's a lot of fruit in the house, something easy to snack on. Also, green vegetables, because I'm anemic (pre-pregnancy) and since I got pregnant, I haven't been able to stomach any meat.
 
I pretty much eat whatever I want. I don't like fish so the stuff that we need to stay away from is okay with me. During the work week For breakfast it's either a bagel with cream cheese or fruit. For lunch either soup or a weight watcher meal or lean cuisine and dinner is whatever we fix. I started drinking pop again, but I'm trying to cut that out and traded it with juice. I drink water mainly. In the 1st trimester all I ate was junk cause that's all that sounded appealing. Now healthier stuff sounds good so I am taking advantage. I'm trying to cut back on eating to avoid extra weight gain.
 
At the moment, im eating whatever i can!!. I feel so sick that at the moment, i can only eat what i crave! lol!! but luckily, thats mainly healthy stuff like fruit and salad, but then every now and then its chocolate!! hehe!!
 
as long as i get my vitamins and eating a balanced diet then I dont feel bad for eating chocolate! I've been eating tonnes of it! Who am I to deny baby a little bit of chocolate?

wowser, why the diet food?
We need our energies right now. I say we shouldnt worry about what we eat as long as we're sensible. We dont need to be low fat - we need our oils and fats right now.
And more than that, a soup would never fill me for lunch...unless I add half a big crusty baguette with butter!....mmmmm
 
I eat whatever I crave. And alot of it isn't very healthy :blush: Lately it's mostly cereal (mostly multi-grain cheerios- im obsessed with them), granola bars, fruit bars, sliced turkey, and fruit. But very recently I went to the store and HAD to have oreos. I can't stop thinking about chocolate. And pop. I feel alittle guilty about the junk I've been eating for the past few weeks and I've been trying to cut back, as I don't want to gain too much weight but I just can't help it!
 
I eat some terrible junk. Mostly lots of cheese toasties and nuttella is my new craving! I have quite a bit of fruit too & breakfast cereal.
