....if you lose count of how many scoops of formula you've put in when making up lo's bottles? x

You cant count to 6??? Sorry, I am a maths teacher so couldnt resist!!!

I have done it a couple of times but just gave what I thought was right - I didnt throw it away. If you are making a 6oz bottle and happen to put just 5 scoops in one time I would think its nothing to worry about.

I guess if you over-concentrate the formula eg double scoops to water that could be really nasty but theres very little chance of that happening!

Lol, yeah reading it back I didn't explain it as well as I wanted to :haha:, but your reply was exactly what I was meaning! I have lost count before and thought was that 5 or 6, but i've always aired on the side of caution and assumed it was 6. I figure its probably best if it was to have 1 scoop too few rather than 1 too many, besides its only ever happened about twice :dohh:

I did this on the first day we got back from the hospital, i was so tired! i ended up throwing about 5 bottles away lol

..........bin it!! some days i can hardly count to 3 in so shattered ;-) x

It depends on the size of the bottle - 6oz or more I'd just hope it was right. Less than that and I'd start over.

Frequently get distracted.....
My tip - Count the scoops into another container and then tip the whole lot in at once - then if you eff it up, you can start all over with out literally starting all over again!
