What do you think of this name?

My OH and I have been coming up with a few names. We both want a girl first, but will settle for any. I think I may be pregnant at the moment, but can't fully tell. T_T As I keep having symptoms and AF is over a week late, but all negative tests.

But this is the name we both have kind of settled on for a girl at the moment.

Amerie Marie Kelley

By the way, Kelley is his last name.

How are you pronouncing Amerie? My first instinct is to pronounce "merie" as "marie" so the name is sounding really redundant.

I like Amerie but wouldn't have put it with Marie either. Unless it's pronounced differently?

We are pronouncing it Em-mer-ee Muh-ree

I've been thinking of different middle names as well.
We don't have any boy names yet. I was thinking of Micheal, which is his middle name, but then I found out it was his dad's real name....

And yeah... XD No. Plus, it's too common. I like unusual uncommon names.

I like Emery but with the spelling Amerie I want to say Ah or A. Just something you might want to consider if you choose the name. It'll probably be a common mistake you'll always have to fix.

I think it's a beautiful name... but think Emery/Emerie as the spelling would help prevent people from mispronouncing it. I was confused how to pronounce Amerie. Personally, i don't think the name Marie flows well with it. How about Rose? Emery Rose / Amerie Rose?
