I have a 5 day af, it comes on really fast, and day 1 & 2 are the heaviest. On day 1 and 2 -sorry tmi- I go through maybe two regular tampons worth of blood and mucus, with a few small clots - though I change every 3 hours I think it amounts to that.
For the other three days I have small isolated bleeds/spotting mixed with cm.
I cramp fairly mildly throughout.
I am 25 now, when I was younger it was much heavier- actually really bad to the point were I would bleed through super tampons pretty quickly. And cramping was horrible.
I am worried that my lining is insufficient now. I have no basis to go by, I was wondering if comparing it now to my periods when I was younger might be wrong because they were so bad.
Any advice is really appreciated.
