My 6day old is proving to be a bit of a picky eater. she takes anything from 1-4oz over a 2-5hour period. She can take 2oz then want more N hour or so later.

My midwife suggested she was getting tired so to change the teats and so we did to vari flow so she can take it at her speed.

Any suggestions?

She just sounds like a snacker. some babies are just like this, nothing wrong with it.

Just keep feeding when she is hungry, in the next couple of days/weeks it will all start to become a bit of predictable.

It's very common for the first couple of days for it to be like this.

To be honest most babies will feed like that at that age. Its common and most parents will just feed on demand for a while untill baby is ready to establish a proper routine x
