What does this mean?

Im in hospital and just seen the doctor. He had a feel of my stomach and said to the mw that the baby was slightly 'something'. Now he spoke quietly and is foreign but what he said sounded like phallic. I googled that and it doesnt make sense so does anyone have any ideas what he could have said that sounded like that and what does it mean? Thank you and yes, I know I'm useless!!
