What does this mean?

Last night I took an internet cheapie test which was negative. This morning I did another test (same brand) and the instructions say not to read results after 5 mins. At the 5 minute mark there was no second line so I went and made my coffee. When I came back the photo above is what I saw. This would have been around the 10 minute mark. The second line is thick and pink. I’ve never seen an evap line this convincing but I’m finding it hard to believe that I have gone from a stark white negative last night to a positive this dark in 12 hours. Has anyone experienced this? What do you think this could mean?

I think it is possible to go from negative to positive over 24 hours. It can depend on the concentration of your pee and maybe even the amount of dye in each test which can vary.
Certainly looks like a BFP! Good luck with your next test!
