what does this mean?

how can i have a dark opk & a faint line on a pregnancy test? i didnt use the same pot to dip as i've heard it can give false results. the line appeared instantly but has faded slightly now (20 mins later). Do ic's often have faint lines?

i think you could well and truly be pregnant hun
there is a chance it could be wrong as IC are sometimes prone to evaps, but if you have a positive opk this late on in your cycle, chances are you are pregnant

Im being cautious at the moment, im not sure how reliable ic's are! do they sometimes have faint pink lines & end up being neg?

I kept getting really faint lines on ICs so did a CB digi in the end and got my BFP. I found that I didn't get dark lines on ICs until about 20dpo - possibly later, but I was getting these faint lines from 8dpo. And same as you, the faded after a while. I reckon you are pregnant though. I can see a pink line on the HPT. Congratulations x

Ohhh thats a positive test hun .
Congrats . Evaps are allways common , But yours has pink colour to it and is not all that faint .
The opk is picking up your hcg levels too hun . well done . xx .

I see the line on the HPT and if they were not done in the same cup or next to each other I would say you are PG. Some OPKs pick up the PG hormone better than others but the ICs dont get dark on the HPT until after awhile (from what I have seen and heard on here ) Congrats.

****UPDATE****

I got up in the night and did another ic & it was neg, not even a tiny line (this was after drinking 2 cups of tea & 1 pint of water before bed!!!) went back to bed.
got up this morning & did another 1, it was pos, still faint but defo a line there (i will post a pic in a little while)

im really hoping that its not a dodgey batch of tests!!!!
