what happens after clomid?

I'm on clomid for PCOS and was lucky to get a BFP on second month, but unfortunately mc'd. Dr has put me on a second 3month trial of clomid and although I am staying optimistic I can't help but wonder what happens next if I don't get lucky this time.

Any ideas?

Hi Jen

I was given 9 months of Clomid, I ovulated but didn't fall pregnant. I was referred to the IVF clinic at the hospital and after further blood tests and SA am now in the middle of my first IVF cycle.

Good Luck witht the Clomid, I know loads of people who it worked for.

i was the same, 9 cycles of clomid, i ovulated but still no baby and im now im waiting for iui.

After 3 months of Clomid, the next step for me was IUI with FSH injections. It did not work for me so now I'm doing IVF.

I am on 6 months of Clomid and then off to IVF clinic.

I've had over 12 doses of Clomid - next step for me is surgery to check what is going on, and check of my tubes - following that I'll be referred to IVF
