This is going to sound like a stupid question, but I want to make my diet as baby friendly as possible!
One of my favorite things to eat right now is spinach and feta cheese perogies. The kind I get are frozen, and I cook them. I know feta cheese is a soft cheese and it's supposed to not be eaten by pregnant women (and I heard some people stay away from those types of things while trying to concieve) but is there still risk of lysteria if it's cooked?
