What is going on.... Help!!

Evan has always woken around 1am and 5am for feeds usually going to sleep around 10pm. I've been getting him to sleep around 9pm now but the last few nights he has decided to feed at 11.30 aswell.

Tonight he was asleep by 8.30. Woke for feed at 11.40 then went back to sleep. At 1am he got really restless and was flapping his arms and legs about so I fed him again, he fell asleep but I made sure he didn't want more and put him back to bed. Then at 1.40 the same thing happened, he is in bed now feeding!!

All today he has eaten, slept, woken up hungry! He slept almost all day really!!

Help!!!!!!!!

think baby's normally have a growth spurt around 3 months, maybe that's it.
