What is going on!?

So 4 1/2 weeks ago me and my SO found out we were pregnant..Two days later I started bleeding..much like a normal period..clots and tissue..it lasted about 7 or 8 days with a week of spotting after..didn't bother scheduling an appointment because of this. We figure I miscarried. But about a week ago I started showing symptoms all over again..constipation, stuffy nose, tired, dizzy spells, back ache, mild cramps, forgetfulness, more frequent peeing, boobs have gotten bigger, and the list goes on. I want to say the we are both confused but I haven't really mentioned any of this new stuff to him yet because I want to be sure before hand..we don't both need to be stressed out. I'm not even stressed..just really confused and seeking some advice and input. thanks in advance!

I would take a HPT to see to what it says but you could be about to start your period. Since my MC all of my symptoms are exaggerated, even during ovulation.
