what is going on?

sooo i am not feeling good at all today.... just aches/pains in my lower abdomen about 3 inches under my belly button, headache again (last 4 days) and i am feeling nauseated. this is our first month TTC and we bd'ed yesterday and today which are close to (first 2 days prior according to FF and this is the third? or ov day?) ovulation day..... wondering if i am ovulating or what. my tummy is sore, but its also feeling cold? like someone has a not so cold ice pack on it just over the spot, even though i am wrapped in bed. never noticed anything like this prior to ovulation and i have been off the pill since january.....

what is going on!!??
