What is this pain??

Ive been feeling generally out of sorts today. Suddenly I got a bad pain at the stop of my back and like a squeezing in my sides. I had to bend over and breathe. Ive come for a lay down its eased slightly but still in my middle back mostly travelling down to the bottom. Feels like trapped wind type pain but more painful? Do I give it an hour an see if it passes?

Eta laying down is worse I'm getting shooting pains through my belly from my hooha!! These disappear when I sit up!

I have iugr twins so have to be very careful with signs of preterm labour but I'm a ftm so haven't a clue!!

It sounds like they are regular, non labour related contractions. I didnt have them during my first pregnancy. This time around they've come and gone since week 30. But... If it persists maybe you should call someone more qualified...
