Ok for the past 20 min I've had shortness of breath my heart is pounding and I've got pins and needs in my hands is this normal because of everything pushing up on my chest will it just pass ???? Xxxx

I've heard that shortness of breath is normal. I've had it this pregnancy but my dr and I feel its my athsma kicking up aging. Usually if I go out side and take in a few deeep breaths of the cold fresh air it helps

Seems to of wared off now but that was scary :/ she seems fine tho moving around lots glad she's comfy xxx
