what is this?

ive got a constant pressure in the bottom of my back, stabbing pains 'up'
& a feeling like a stitch on my left side

babies been fully engaged for almost 3 weeks so i dont think it could be her engaging still, could it?

the 'stitch' feeling is getting quite bad...
anyone else had this before or have any idea what it could be?

well (sorry if tmi) i havent had a show where its bloody but i've been loosing a egg white/snotty type discharge
& when i had an internal i got told i was 1cm, but im not so sure because that was a week ago and still no baby
