I don't think you're stark-raving mad at all, but is it right that you're only 18? If so, I'd definitely opt for option 1. You have time on your side and it would mean the studying was all out of the way and done with before having children. There's no rush to have more children just yet at your current age (in my personal opinion).

While I am grateful for your input, I don't think that has anything to do with it.. Just because I am 18 that means I'm too young to have kids? I'm sorry but you have no idea of my medical background or my reasons for wanting kids early in life, so I find that very insulting! For your information by the time I had baby number 2 if I stuck to my plan I would be at least 20.
