Ok...we are having lamb....

We dont have it as our usual sunday roast so we are going to go for that.

Now ive got to learn how to cook it...not used to cooking a joint thats on the bone...

I LOVE having turkey for my christmas dinner and couldn't imagine anything else!! I get mine from M&S and it is gorgeous x

I love Turkey, especially if you put the time in to baste it right so it doesn't end up dry, but I'm having my dad, sister, BIL and OH over for dinner and none of them will eat Turkey so we're having Lamb, which is our usual Sunday roast meat.
My mum said she'll save me some of her turkey for sandwiches though and is cooking us Duck on boxing day, so i'm happy!

I do like the sound of stuffing wrapped in bacon though, that sounds great!
