What nickname?

So my husband and I actually found a name we both like - Josiah. The only issue is that we don't want the nickname "Jo" or "Joe". What other nickname could there be??

I know a lady whose stepson is called Josiah, and he goes by the nickname Si (as in sigh).

Though when he's older his friends will probably call him what they want
