What on earth is going on

hi all, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct area but here goes
I suffered a loss 3 years ago at 11 weeks. Since then I haven't had a period and I'm not ovulating. It took a year of pestering to get my GP to do my bloods and take me seriously. She said I was menopausal (41 at the time) fsh came back at 8 so she referred me
Forward another nearly 2 year wait for nhs endocrinologist and ultrasound.
I STILL don't know why my periods have stopped. The Endo has checked my fsh every week for 5 weeks varies from 2.5 to 33 mostly 14-20.
The ultrasound is ' normal' my Endo has just sent me a letter saying I have ' normal ovarian and pituitary function'
Have I gone through the menopause? I'm so fed up with waiting. I know fsh over 30 is menopause but I've Also had low readings. I'm so confused I just want one last attempt
I purchased Norethiserone from super drug online and I had a bleed so I guess it's not scarring from the mc
Any ideas?

have you had a scan to check if you have folicles and blood test to check ovulation?

the next step would be IVF I guess as that would finally tell you the amount and quality of eggs which would answer the menopause question

as for no periods, im not sure as you age they can stop and be irregular

Thank you for your reply. I had folles on US. I'm waiting to get to the bottom of my oddness before possible DE Ivf. I saw an Endo privately who said there was such thing as a temporary traumatic menopause? Lord knows. I'm a bit worried something may be up as my first set of bloods gBe me an fsh of 0.2 and LH of 1!! I'm not ovulating going by my progesterone

It's just all waiting that's annoying. I'm not getting any younger
