Hi ladies,

From my 20 week scan I was told baby was laying transverse so across with head in my right hip and feet in left. How is everyone else's lo's laying?

I can't remember if DD1 was head down at this point.

No hun that's normal this is my third all have been transverse at 20 week scan all were head down by 32 weeks loads of room to play yet lol

This guy is transverse too right now. They have plenty of time to move to the right position as they are so little and squirmy!

My boy was head down at the scan, but he definately moves around. He doesn't seem to like to stay in one position for long!

My baby girl was transverse with her back to us at my 18 week Scan. Lol. All I know is that she loves my belly button. She's always rubbing, and kicking it.

Thanks ladies glad to know its normal for this stage, clearly it's a comfy position for them all :) x

I had my scan this a.m. and my baby is breech. Also found out its a boy.

Got a scan yesterday, baby was head down facing my front, with his feet all up in his face lol

My girl is transverse. At my last scan, she was chilling with her leg behind her head lol She seems comfy to me.

this sounds very close to mine right now except more at an angle with feet pointed up to my left and head down to my right

Last week, when we went for our gender scan, baby was lying vertical. Her head was down, while her butt was up. The nurse had to kind of gently pound on my tummy to get her to open her legs lol

Our LO likes to lay with the head buried into my right hip and legs digging into my right lung.. I very rarely feel it move to the left side.. Occasionally I might feel its feet but at every scan baby has been tucked away close to my right hip lol

At 15 weeks she was head down. I think I felt her turn around 20 weeks. At our 23 week scan she was butt down with her back on my right side.
I am getting a lot of gentle kicks to my bladder! I'm also worried about her staying like this but have heard it's common until about 30-32 weeks.

My little boy was in the transverse position at his gender scan and my 20 week scan there.

Transverse too, I have the weirdest shaped bump between that and the anterior placenta.

According to my last u/s our little girl is laying head down towards my back with her feet pushing up near my belly button! Not sure if she has changed positions since then or not.

He moves around so much, that early to mid 2nd tri, there wasn't one position he was lying in.

Last week, he was laying transverse, I could feel the kicking on one side, and one night while laying down, he decided to stick his butt out.

Today, he seems to be up in my ribcage, possibly head down, because i'm feeling the kicks up in my ribcage.

But by next week he may be lying a different way. He still has room to move at least for about 5-6 more weeks, and I don't think he's going to be as long as his brother, so he won't run out of room like DS1 did (ds1 was 21 1/2 in long when born at 41 weeks).
